You can do anything: The DIY tendency

The Do It Yourself tendency has been the most used one in social media, many brands use it to share their stories and inspire people, but what does it exactly mean? DIY means to take the chance to do things on our own because nowadays everything we consume is already fabricated or  produced by someone else. This tendency looks to encourage people to do things that they think that could be hard to do, from crafts to big projects.

DIY became very popular because everyone started to share on social media how they do certain kind of things (mostly with food) and it was a hit to discover that the things we thought were hard to do or things created by professionals were not so hard to do when they started to share their secrets, all this with the main purpose of inspire others and create a chain reaction in social media.

Here’s an example that foodies love, you might have seen it before:

Brands like Tasty and many bloggers found their way to be close from people in social media and share stories, but mostly to keep this new culture we all have created of make things happen.

Now we know how easy is to be active and share it with others, so there are no excuses to stop our way to be entrepreneurs, there’s a lot of ideas out there, you just need to discover what’s the one you want to follow and don’t forget to share your progress and how you did it so you can inspire others.
